Wow!! I was in two autopsies during my training. The brains were
removed the the doctor showed us how brain damage expresses itself in DD
clients.
There were huge gaps between the gray matter. It stuck, and I didn't
eat for a long time after the autopsy.
The second one I saw was kinda of involuntary on my part. I was looking
for someone and because we were not allowed to talk, I waited inside and
watched again. The was in '68, so technology and science have advanced
since that date.

A few years ago, someone posted a link to a psychology org and they were
blaming the doctor for his patient not taking their meds. I questioned
it and another poster from SMDH alleviated my stress by showing that

real world. MM was still in here and I had no clue about this legal
problems at the time.

Most likely the product of inbreeding. I wonder what he would say if
they castrated him and didn't allow him to breed?? It would be a
different story then!!

While I don't agree with Rogers and the others on many occasions, in a
small way, they are quite correct, not one of them are taking a pistol
to the other persons head and pulling the trigger.
However, the suicidal person is not thinking clearly and if their
condition is one of despair, the disparaging posts from those who are
supposed to be in the know about psych can be the final decisive factor
in their finally ending their lives.
One way that MHP's alleviate their own emotional response to a client
who finalizes their threats, is to tell themselves that they tried,
failed and it really isn't their fault. A fine line exists between a
valid attempt to save someone from themselves by enlightening them that
there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and failing; and pushing
someone to end their lives by telling them to go ahead 'just don't
expect me to clean up the mess'.
