Polyurethane pot life question

Hi, I have a strange problem with the PU potlife. I mixed some polyols,
molecular seive, coulourants and catlyst together and then mixed with
iso, the pot life is kind of what I wanted. However, after about a
week, when I tested the polyols prepared a week ago with the same iso,
I found that the time from 25 0C to 40 0C decreased about 6 minutes,
and the time from 40 to zero flow decreased 3 minutes. This really
bothers me a lot. Is there anyone can give me some idea about this
problem?
