"What Relativity Theories Tell Us About the Universe"

The basic tenet of both Special and General Relativity is that the laws
and constants of the Science of Physics are the same within all velocity
and/or elevation reference frames. When correctly interpreted, it means
that, when these laws and/or constants are measured WITHIN a given velocity
and/or elevation reference frame, they have the same NUMERICAL value as when
a corresponding measurement is made WITHIN another velocity and/or elevation
reference frame. It does not imply that, when they have the same ABSOLUTE
value in all reference frames, it means that a change in reference frame
produces a change in the ABSOLUTE SIZE of the measuring device(s) used to
make the observation. This change(s) serve to conceal any changes in the
ABSOLUTE VALUE, That is what relativity theory is all about! Once that fact
is understood, with a little bit of insight, relativistic effects become
intuitively obvious. (For easily understood illustration of this type of
effect, consider a hypothetical measurement of the price of gasoline in
Windsor, Ontario Canada and ten miles away in Detroit Michigan USA. Consider
next that gasoline was found to be \$3.00/gallon at both locations. Gasoline
would then be invariant between the two locations in the same sense that
physical laws an constants are invariant between elevations or velocity
reference frames. However, in Canada gasoline is measured in terms of the
Imperial gallon and in the USA gasoline is with the US gallon which is 20%
smaller.. As a result, in the same terms as defined by physicists for their
measurements, is a "constant" within the reference frames of Windsor and
Detroit, but it is not CONSTANT in the terms that we use for rational
thought.

The premise of Relativity Theory that the velocity of light is the same
in all reference frames is backwards. What Relativity Theory tells us is
that MATTER USES THE VELOCITY OF LIGHT TO CONTROL ITS PROPERTIES, The
absolute length of a yardstick and the duration of the ticks of a clock DO
CHANGE as a function of velocity and/or elevation in a manner which makes
all LOCAL observations yield the same observed physical laws. In the case of
velocity, the effect is easily illustrated by considering the case of a
fleet of boats traveling though water and using SONAR to maintain their

measured by a sonar clock, a behavior analogous to the behavior described
under Special Relativity would occur. One need only to add the fact that the
permeability of space is decreased by the proximity of energy, as
represented by an attracting object in the gravitational field, to provide a
complete description of the gravitational field. Special and General
Relativity after the fundamental error in General Relativity is corrected,
provide a complete intuitively obvious description of our overall Universe.

Unfortunately General Relativity the derivation of General Relativity
involved an error of a type which would cause a course failure if
effect of this error is readily identifiable by comparing the Lorentz
Transformations of Special Relativity with the force, length and time
dilations provided by General Relativity. One does not have to be overly
bright to recognize that something is wrong, either with one or both of
these theories. The error is in General Relativity and it prevented Dr.
Einstein from solving his gravity equations for 18 months until he resorted
to the fakery of "curved space" to provide an otherwise unnecessary degree
of freedom. General Relativity was accepted as proven as a results made of a
total eclipse in 1919. Overlooked was the fact that the Sun's gravitational
field was at least 1000 times too weak to properly verify the theory. The
error in General Relativity introduced an artificial conflict between
gravitational theory and Quantum Mechanics.
