I posted my patent application in 2006 and it is about to be published prior
to the examination.
I have ordered a pyrex torus to try to reproduce similar results to what I
had previously.
I discovered the effect as a child of about 7 and in 1967 I made a working
reactor that produced 3 KW. It was jumped on by the petrol lobby.
I did it again in 1967 at RSRS (that is where radar was developed during
WWII) but again it was jumped on. It may be used in Royal Navy Warships as
their power unit.
I think I am creating 2 watts at present but I am unsure that this increase
in VSWR is not just due to a change in the circuit parameters due to heat.
I have worked out that power generation in the plasma would be seen as a
rise in impedance at the exciter since the plasma and coil would be
manifesting a reduced r in L/Cr and since part of the series resistance
would be negative. (Plost=I^2R) so for power gain R must be negative. When r
goes negative the dynamic resistance goes negative and the system will self
oscillate.
The heat of fusion causes the ionised gas to expand and force flux out of
the coil thus making an incresed current making power transfer to occur.

Posting the details here in spf would probably be considered prior
publication. I know that in the U.S., you have a year to file after
first publication -- I don't know what the rules are in the U.K.
