He certainly did not know about fusion energy, this was not worked out until
Albert Einstien computed the energy equivalant of mass and the mass defect
of nucleosynthesys from four protons to helium was measured in mass
spectroscopes. He just found that his engine was better at low pressure
hydrogen. The lower the better, in fact at very low pressures the energy
released drops to zero. Fred Hyole worked out where solar energy came from i
1947 and Edward Teller invented the hydrogen bomb in 1953 that as every
child knows does not use hydrogen.

As I say at the Appleton Lab (Slough) in about 1969 we had a Tesla running
making about 3 KW until it destroyed itself with about 20 fatal casualties,
I had just gone out to get a magnet to turn it off as it was getting red
hot. The conrollable version was made the following week. They are
fundemetally unstable.

The unit at the Vine yeilded 3 KW until it exploded with one fatal casualty
(he died of radiation sickness - chromosone damage in about a week -
neutrons).I was found under the pile of my lead castle bricks.

Well "Secret" means it does not exist so you won't get confirmation. When
the Sheffield went down off the Falklands steps were taken to prevent it
becoming known.

We also had cold fusion running and that was decided to make a good lamp.
Another British secret.

The other thing we don't mention in polite coversation is our anti-matter
bomb. The other thing that is being developed by the Pakistani army is the
elecrically ignited hydrogen bomb. It needs some development. It was tested
on a British tank recently (an acorn sized magnetic adhesion grenade), the
commander let us try it out. He was unhappy at the volatiliation of his 5
million pound tank. I have heard of a British destroyer being vaporised by a
similar (shoulder launched) weapon on test by an Isamic millitant group in
the channel on a small wooden motor vessel.

These "Teslas" are said to be under development by the Tesla company, Honda
and Westnghouse, they were in use all over India and Pakistan until the
worlds worst enemy used murder and persusasion to convert them all to deisel
generators. They are now being rebuilt with the aid of a few survivors and
guarded by the army.

I've also heard that the Honda company have announced a tesla car that you
charge when you buy the car and it runs for twenty years without further
attention. These are on sale for $100,000 if you can find them.

The Indian Riva company are said to be marketng a spark gap regulated
version powering their riva elecric car, doing away with any batteries.
These are about $3500 to buy. These are also said to run for twenty years.

In a collision, if there is a collapse of the containment the nuclear
explosion is less than 4 tons tnt and smaller tubes can be made to run at
higher frequency than 50 hz (53 KHz) so the yeild would be around 500 Kg of
TNT. These need their hydrogen fuel tube replacing.

Absolutely true as I stand here, put your name down for the first Tesla in
your street.

Sadly, most of these wonderful sounding pronouncements from Tesla took
place after he lost his marbles (or as some would argue became a drug
addict).

At any rate, his free energy ideas today are hysterically funny to any
electrical engineer or physicist.

What seems strange to many of use is that some of his ideas on the uses
and applications of multi-phase electricity were absolutely brilliant
and remain in today's textbooks.

To engineering and scientific professionals, becasue of the time in
which he lived and the limitations of medical science at that time,
Tesla remains an enigma. No one doubts his youthful genius, but
sometime during life, for one reason or another, he really became very
'confused'. The reasons for this are not known, or at least publicly
documented.

At any rate, at some point Tesla lost sight of the fundamental rules of
physics and electromagnetic radiation. He evidently began to believe
in the availability of free energy from 'some source', and sort of lost
sight of the inverse square laws of electromagnetic energy propogation.
Some blame this on his education (which I have never seen thoroughly
documents), others blame it on mental infirmity (possibly drug or
alcohol induced).

In either case, it was a tragic end to the life of a great genius.

"Free" Electricity
Tesla's Chance Discovery around 1930
In the 1930's Tesla announced he could make free electricity from some
hidden power of the Universe. He was tardy about how his system worked
but
it became known as "Tesla's Coil", or "Tesla's Engine".
I saw a description in a reference in an old book I had as a child.
It was simple: A hydrogen Geisler tube inside an induction coil with a
Laden
jar across the coil to make a parallel tuned circuit. The power output
was
taken from a secondary. Power level was controlled by a vibrating reed
circuit breaker that altered the duty cycle to keep a constant power
level
it was adjusted by moving the breaker contact.
One report was that the tube was a vacuum but this probably means low
pressure air. Air is also a nuclear fuel as the atomic nuclei in air
will
occasionally fuse to form heavier elements with the release of energy.
In the arrangement below the energy from spontaneous fusion reactions at
room temperature is picked up by the tuned circuit and stored so that as
the
electrical energy accumulates the feedback from the tuned circuit to the
gas
causes heating and a higher and higher rate of reaction until useful
power
can be extracted.

My ideas are derived from this and my own repeats of his experiments when
I
was about ten.
The knowledge of thermonuclear fusion was not known then and the source
of
the energy was a complete mystery.
It has taken me forty years to work out the physics and these dangerous
"hydrogen engines" have caused fatalities.
A better regulator for 1930 would be a spark gap with the coil and the
laden
jar forming a tuned circuit with the spark gap across the windings to
regulate the power. When the voltage exceeded the breakdown potential of
the air in the gap the power would be robbed from returning to the
reactor
thus limiting the power.
His report said he was experimenting with gases inside his induction
coil,
most just glowed, such as neon and argon but oxygen and nitrogen gave out
more power than put in. He found hydrogen was the best and he used low
pressure hydrogen with the hand vacuum pump he used.
If I remember I called my experiments at about ten "plasma oscillators".
We did not know anything about fusion energy at the time so it was a
mystery.
I believe that the Tesla story involved a lot of money and the investors
lost their money when Tesla was done for fraud. I believe he was declared
insane and the region of his brain in front of the fissure of Roland was
destroyed. He never did anything again.
He paid for his secrecy of the details with his life, but no one, not
even
Tesla understood what was happening and so the Luddites were acting in
fear
and fear of unemployment. Fear is overcome with education and
unemployment
changes to wealth and plenty as the benefits of the discovery are felt.
We
paid for the short-sighted men in power by the destruction of the global
environment.
Jet is a Tesla engine.
These days giant transistors and diodes would be needed to regulate the
power. The regulator fixes the idling power but as the engine is loaded
the
power increases to match the load.
Of course "free" is not really free, it is just an alternative method of
generating electricity that may be cheaper than mining coal or drilling
for
oil. Unfortunately our religious leaders believe the word "free" or
"cheap"
means it is a fraud. This erroneous idea has caused the deaths or
imprisonment of many a gifted man because of the ingrained idea of the
virtue of work and the concept of the privileged few having everything
while
the rest have only a little. Tesla's engine, if it had worked would of
changed the social order by making more people rich but it would not of
course make the rich any less rich than they are already. However the
reality of the situation is that these "rich" would just maintain their
artificial differential to be sure they stay ahead. That is why the cut
price electricity offered by Tesla had to be ridiculed and destroyed and
the
experimental physicists Tesla had his brain destroyed by the worst mass
murder in history. The Christian and Jewish religion is the artificial
basis
of these murders just to maintain the social order.
My copy may not be accurate it is only from his description and although
I
have read reports of his success and the tests I did are only dim
recollection. I make to claim of "it works" because it world get me
killed
by the "powers" you know - there is no profit in it. The social system is
so
important to the "powers" that anything that seems to threaten this
system
of millions of workers supporting a privileged few in the social pyramid
would destabilise it and cause the loss of the special position of the
privileged few.
So if you want to try this "silly" idea you just make an induction coil
(about 500 turns of enamelled 16 gauge wire on a hard plastic tube about
2.5
cm in diameter and 5 cm long) with a 0.1 uF 2000 V capacitor across the
tunings and put a Pyrex boiling tube with hydrogen at 3 mm Hg pressure
sealed in with a rubber bung. The vibrating circuit breaker is quite
difficult to make but it can be done with a bronze strip clamped at one
end
and with a strip of iron stuck to it so it is pulled in by the current to
break the circuit to a battery in such a way that the current passes
through
the coil. Be sure to put a spark gap voltage clamp across the coil to
prevent to much power being developed. Once started (if it does) then the
circuit breaker may be short circuited and disconnected.
I do not know if this simple system will in fact do anything at all. It
is a
copy from memory of Tesla's experimental report.
He reported success, not me.
His execution was to prevent the predicted collapse of social order. I
maintain this would not happen. It was done to protect the interests of
the
investors in the coal and then the petrochemical industry. Money comes
first, however the engines are not cheap, they use huge semiconductors
with
1 meter diameter silicon wafers with thousands of power transistors
etched
on them to form the regulator to control the unit from runaway a
explosion.
These epitaxial transistors are specially grown and etched for over a
million pounds each and the four diodes are as much each. The current of
of
10 million amps in the four reactors has to be controlled by a transistor
and it is critical. So with the shielding and the blast containment of
heavy
concrete the cost of a fairly normal Drax power station would be of the
order of 100 million pounds. The demonstration by Tesla was only about
1/2
watt and the one that I took to the Culham about ten years ago was rated
at
10 milli-watt. The toy I made at ten was a spark gap limited version with
a
rating of about 1/2 watt. The voltage of the reactor is only 12 volts, so
the inductor is a massive affair with the 100 hertz current carried by
huge
conductor consisting of copper pipe with cooling water flowing.
The vibrating reed circuit breaker is not needed.
The first one I built was at the Vine Stately home, once owned by me, now
by
the bank, it is a well preserved Roman Villa. After a fatal accident (The
reactor exploded) and an invasion of Wilson's airborne division (it ran
at
900 KHz and caused massive world wide interference). I then repeated this
at
the RSRS Didcot, with the resulting uncontrolled reactor that was put in
a
bunker and then the explosion took several lives. I was told it was an
extremely dangerous physics experiment, but we then were able to control
it
with a saturable reactor taken from a spitfire. Another man had a 3000
watt
valve that got too hot. Our version had a little knob and an electric
light
bulb could be turned up and down in brightness.
The later version tested in a ship had a spark gap limiter that Tesla had
used 30 years ago but the interference to the radio caused loads of
problems, even with screening and suppressors, the later versions had
these
huge semiconductors.
The first one I made at the vine was started with a 300 amp pulse from a
12
volt car battery controlled by a little diac circuit, the diac was a 300
amp
special from Marconi.
Later versions start all by themselves because of the low rate of fusion
reactions in low pressure hydrogen at room temperature. The electrical
noise
these generate accumulates in the inductor capacitor parallel tuned
circuit.
The are a British military secret that are used in all our warships,
originally designated as too dangerous for commercial use. I was the
"inventor" and I was on the design team,

You are free to try it out and if you are under 15 you are more likely to
succeed as you will not have the prejudice ingrained by education and the
idea that if it is free it is a cheat. Try it and see.
It will only generate about 1 watt, but higher powered ones may be made
with
appropriate components.
The way it works (if it does) is not understood. Not by any physicists
including me.
You may be rewarded by "free" electricity. But it might cost you your
life
if the "Powers" catch you.
India or Islamic countries would be the best places to be otherwise the
Christians will "get you".
I'm not going to, If I succeed I'll be done for cheating, otherwise well
...
I make no predictions.
