Nobody makes kits (very gray area in terms of legality), but you may
want to check out: http://www.brian-mcdermott.com/fusion.htm
I got my deuterium in a 50L cylinder for $250 from a specialty gases
supplier. My fusor can get mean particle energies of over 50keV,
translating to about 100,000 fusions per second.
