High Temperature Is Macro By Definition

Fusion in a beaker of D2O won't work, and, unlike a lot of other bad
ideas, "cold fusion" doesn't even lead anywhere. It's just ignorant
nonsense, a useless stab in the dark. But this doesn't necessarily
mean high temperature macro is the only or best way to go.
Macro was useful in economics to stop the micro ["market"] economists
from pulling the ol' "collectivize costs and privatize profits" scam.
No such situation exists in nuclear reactions.
