You make a serious error using CGS instead of MKS because it lumps D
with E and B with H, which only a mathematician could accept. Where
are eps0 and mu0? What are their units? Is E =equal to V/m? Then so is
D but it makes no sense.
The CGS constitutive equations are a joke. P = 1/4pi(D - E) indeed.
