But you may object, where do the charges come from? That's the
question I asked myself, that caused me to do the analysis in my
permittivity paper. And that's how I was led to conclude there was
another space, a dual to our universe.
Yes, I do object, but I also see your point! I do follow your argument
and I'd expect one to say that the E field in the vacuum capacitor has
to come from the charges on the plates which to me immediately implies
a geometric dependence. However, you place the charges in free space
vacuum as "displacement charges" which does indeed solve the problem
of "black box" equivalence! But like you, I can see no way for this
to be allowed unless as you say there is a dual universe or perhaps
additional unseen dimensions to our universe.
Interesting argument!
I know a simple experiment but I think I'll wait a bit.
