You are asking the wrong question pertaining to what I said. That hbar applies to the free EM field is an assumption. Some of the other assumptions are too detailed to talk about without having a common reference. Such as setting mass = 1.

The Planck derivation of the
blackbody radiation formula can't be considered a theoretical proof

Well a derivation is different from a proof. Physics is not like mathematics. So far there is no way to prove any physics theory. Only disprove a theory. What do you think are the postulates of quantum mechanics?
