We know from published research that histamines can be released in
closeenergyhuman
body using radiowaves of a certain frequency. Does anyone know the
required to do this? Would a cellphone have enough energy and whatfind out for yourself.. take a handy cellphone, stick it somewhere
would
the
range be?
haveto
your body and turn it on. if you turn red and start to itch you may
released histamines... or maybe you stuck it in the wrong place.
Maybe you'd be interested in the serious reasons for my question.
yet,a
look at this document:

Do you actually believe this crap?

Ok, that's great. I like skeptics, although I haven't found any as of
thatso let's hear your reasons as to why you think this. Logically people
fordisagree with this document are of two types: Those that have reasons
inbelieving that it's wrong and those that are themselves blackmailed, so
what
group are you in.
I look forward to hearing your reasons.
I look forward to seeing your understanding of the technology involved and
what it entails. You brought up the subject. Sure, a radar or microwave
transmitter can fry your balls or your brain - if you are in a location
where the energy density is high enough. (amazing how the "ifs" can be
conveniently ignored). Certainly electromagnetic effects can be observed
high enough fields but jumping from this to some form of mind controlbut
requires a considerable exercise in creative paranoia. However, someone
trying to do YOU harm or trying to control you ( the control is what is
questionable) is going to be very obvious if he/she has a transmitter that
is big enough, powerful enough and selective enough over a reasonable
distance to influence a specific person or group of people .There are
simpler, cheaper and more effective ways to influence or harm people of
interest. A bit of illicit sex, or a poison tipped umbrella is more cost
effective and reliable.
What do you know that is of so much importance to "them"?
Yes, I am a sceptic but I do not rely on the nonsense that comes out in
Popular Science in its more tabloid related but scientifically unrelated
articles. I recall one that dealt with a magnetic motor- lots of hype
all BS that put me off such sources.
However, if you enjoy your paranoia, please don't let factual information
get in the way.
Some factual information for you:

The energy required is not great. With regard to releasing histamines and
other effects:
"These fields were extremely weak. They were undetectable," quote from Eldon
Byrd who ran the Marine Corps Nonlethal Electromagnetic Weapons project from
1980 to 1983.
With regard to them being able to see you, the human body is a natural
emitter of millimeter waves and active (transmitter) systems can be used to
provide clearer, greater resolution images. There are any number of reasons
why they would want to do this: Information, Advertising Industry, Voyeurs.
How about criminals using these devices to watch policemen to find out if
there is anything that they could blackmail them with and, thus, infiltrate
the police force. Remember, these are groups, criminal syndicates, that can
get people in as your neighbours quite easily, no great distances involved.
There are profits to be made from doing this, which makes it a cretainty
that it is occuring and will in the future, to an even greater extent,
unless people do something about it.
