"Physics Letters A" does not have referees of principle

Journal "Physics Letters A" does not have referees of principle. None
is willing to review my paper "Defects of the general field theory"
because I show that the canonical energy-momentum and spin tensors are
wrong, and physicists fail to correct this tensors by the
Belinfante-Rosenfeld procedure. This foolish procedure eliminates spin
and does not give the true (Maxwell) energy-momentum tensor. And I show
how to obtain a true spin tensor.

Allan P Fordy, Editor of Physics Letters A, wrote me on July 12, 2006:
"Dear Dr Khrapko, I have tried many referees, but none is willing to
read your paper. I think it would be better for you to try a
"Foundations" journal, rather than PLA (or the "Foundations editor" of
PLA, who is P.R. Holland).
I must, therefore, REJECT. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to
consider your work."

Unfortunately, I cannot hope for Dr. Holland's understanding. I sent a
message to AuthorSupport@xxxxxxxxxxxx on May 1, 2006:

"Subject: Submission to PLA
Dear Global Author Support Department,
Prof. P.R. Holland, Editor of Physics Letters A, is a puzzle for me.

I submitted a paper "The Beth experiment is under review" to PLA on
November 17, 2005. In this paper I show that the electrodynamics cannot
explain the result of the Beth experiment, and I solve the problem. But
Prof. Holland simply wrote me, "Your paper is not suitable for
publication in Physics Letters A" on November 18, 2005.

I submitted a paper "Professor Soper's mistake" on November 13, 2005.
In this paper I show the Professor Soper's mistake confirms that the
Belinfante-Rosenfeld procedure is not fit for obtaining true
energy-momentum and spin tensors of electrodynamics, and I solve the
problem. Unfortunately, Prof. Holland simply wrote me, "I have read
your paper with interest but regret that it is not suitable for
publication in Physics Letters A"

I submitted a paper "Exercises in the CANONICAL spin tensor" on October
6, 2005. But Prof. Holland rejected it without reading on October 11,
2005. His senseless reply was: "This paper is devoted to a examination
of the virtues of a spin tensor introduced by the author".

Now I intend to submit a paper "Defects of the general field theory" to
PLA. I would be grateful if this paper enters the peer-review process.
Can I hope?
Sincerely, Radi Khrapko, Professor of Physics, Moscow Aviation
Institute
P. S. These papers are published at www.sciprint.org and
www.mai.ru/projects/mai_works."

But I have no answer till now.
Radi Khrapko
