Institute of Physics journals defend corporate interests as usual

IOP journals proclaim the company policy that once an article has been
rejected from one Institute of Physics journal, they cannot consider it
for another.
This policy permits to reject papers arbitrarily, without reviewing.
This policy has as its object to block publishing of disagreeable
materials.
This policy helps to cover the truth about editors' mistakes up.
Being powerless to raise an objection, they simply refuse to publish
disagreeable papers.
And what is more, this dishonest policy is accompanied by a lie.

For example, I submitted a paper "Moment of the Poynting vector is not
spin" to JOPA on December 13, 2005 (JOPA/214548/PAP/66439), but August
Head rejected the paper according to this policy though I had submitted
this paper nowhere.

Another my paper "A mirror reflecting a circularly polarized plane wave
receives spin" was submitted to JOPA on September 20, 2005
(JOPA/208356/PAP/66439), and August Head rejected the paper according
to this policy though I had not submitted this paper to IOP-journals.

Now, on July 7, 2006, Joanna Dingley (JPB) has rejected my paper
"Electrodynamics' spin" (B/228047/PAP/66439) because of a rejection
by NJP. But, on March 6, 2006, Joanna Dingley (NJP) rejected this paper
(NJP/219852/PAP/66439) without reviewing because they "did not publish
this type of article in any of our journals".

Anna Coombs and Nina Blakesley (JPA) rejected my paper
A/222212/PAP/66439 "Defects of the general field theory" submitted on
April 6, 2006 because it had previously been rejected as
NJP/221462/PAP, but Joanna Dingley (NJP) rejected this paper on March
31, 2006 without reviewing because they "did not publish this type of
article in any of our journals".

Our conclusion is: Institute of Physics journals defend corporate
interests rather than interests of science.
