Path does matter a damn. The space probes proved that.
I forgot to mention last time that greater energies are less refractate
and thus seem "particle-like" only because of the force-distance
relation for a given energy in a given collision. Energies are not
particles at all; they must be borne by particles.
Mass, and thus energy, is dependent on particular size; size is a gauge
of strength and reach. All are, of course, interdependent.
