Re: Electrodynamics does not explain the Beth experiment

The paper "The Beth experiment is under review" (www.sciprint.org)
proves that that the modern Maxwell electrodynamics cannot explain the
result of the Beth experiment. So, the modern electrodynamics is not
complete. A spin tensor must be used for an explanation of the
experiment. It is shown that this tensor completes the Maxwell
electrodynamics.
Scientific journal cannot deny this fact. So, Editors shun reviewing
this paper.

find much more interested readership a journal specializing in
theoretical physics rather than for us.
Dr Tim Smith, Publisher, New Journal of Physics: It has come to our
attention that this paper is actually a resubmission of a previous
article rejected by Journal of Physics A (another IOP journal). It is a
policy of NJP not to consider for publication unimproved work which has
been rejected by another IOP journal.
Joanna Dingley, Publishing Administrator Journal of Optics A: I notice
that the above paper submitted to Journal of Optics A: Pure and Applied
Optics has previously been rejected from Journal of Physics A and New
Journal of Physics. A rejection from one Institute of Physics
Publishing journal is a rejection from all Institute of Physics
Publishing journals. We will therefore not consider this manuscript any
further.
I wonder, whether Editors defend the corporate interests or they do not
understand that publishing of this paper will provoke revision of many
thousands of scientific papers and monographs.
