I used to live in Fredericksburg Va, a short walk from the
famous battlefield there, and it still gives me the creeps.
I can't imagine the nerve it took for those soldiers
to charge straight into such withering gunfire.
Between the two battles in Fredericksburg and
nearby Spotsylvania, almost as many people
died as did in Iwo Jima or Guadalcanal.
The director is a FB friend of mine.
