yes, AN ADMIRAL. the first since the end of WWII.

I'm REALLY satisfied. Back then, well, Italian Navy has always "internal" Ministers of Navy, and the works of Riboty, Chiodo, Saint Bon, Brin (esp. these two...), Conz, Cagni, Thaon di Revel &c. are an excellent background & pedigree. and knowing the innards of Italian Navy, surely this led to huge changes in the relationship between politics and military here.

(I'm sure that at the Pentagon and Whitehall aren't exactly pleased....)
