There is no way around it, it something pleases  the hearts of of
some, it probably galls the hearts of others.

What has really offended me is the callousness of Santa.  I wrote him
a letter, went to see him at the mall.  Left a cookie and glass of
milk for him and a bunch of carrots for the reindeer.  Did he fill the
pair of pantihose I pinned to the mantelpiece?  Not a chance - unless
she managed to escape before I got up this morning.

Actually my night was far more banal and involved a massive cat fight
outside my bedroom window.  Nothing like waking up in the wee small
hours to a pair of cats trading insults and then attempting to defur
each other.
