Heheh. The reason I ask is that a friend who lives in New Zealand is
traveling to London this week on business, and they were getting
travel advisories there, and she wondered if she should be worried.
I told her that, knowing her, the so-called terrorists would be more
afraid of her than vice versa ..:)

Seems sort of a general warning for tourists, Japan has issued one
too.
Ditto Canada. However, our travel advisories are more "alarming" WRT
traveling to Mexico.
