Provide two witnesses to him conspiring with "them" to commit said
murders.

You did notice the "two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on
Confession in open Court" bit in there, didn't you?

I know of one witness personally....
And I am sure the other soldiers from his unit, at least those who were
present and survived can join him in testitfying..


Hint: Everyone who cracks up and kills people is not necessarily
acting in collusion with some enemy.
