140 or so astroblemes that are accepted on the surface of the earth as
having an extraterrestrial impact origin, probably many more under the
sea. Doubtless many more on land have been so eroded away that they
are no longer recognisable.
www.unb.ca/passc/ImpactDatabase/ has an on-line database of impact craters
on the Earth. I think the distribution of listed sites has to do more
with how well the land has been surveyed than anything else.
