More hydro then please.
The hydro possibilities are limited. The dams may by manmade, but the
good sites are not, and the best ones are in use.
Wind, on the other hand, has good prospects. Iowa is a leader in wind
energy and gets 5% of its juice that way.

The Almanac points out that the best hope for hydro is improved
turbines at the existing sites. What seems to be the best energy
project is the new smart distribution grid. Sucking electrons (as
Bobby Kennedy Jr calls the product) from solar during the day from
Arizona and electrons from the 100 degree "wind belt" at night,
storing the electrons for distribution as load and use suggests.
The problem with the electrical grid is you CAN'T store it, you can
move it, but its use or lose. Which is why hydro is such a great
system, same with coal fired plants. You need stuff fire them up.
Can't store the electrons.
