In a poorly signed strip mall off a main street in Arlington, Virgina,
El Pollo Rico serves chicken in three sizes -- Quarter, Half and
Whole. The line literally spirals out of the building of this place,
with people waiting patiently for their bird.

Eamonn's, A Dublin Chipper
If you were to ask Cathal Armstrong, the owner/chef of Eamonn's what
the difference between a Dublin chipper and an English chipper is, he
