:AFAICT, the Hague Court is of Roman Law, so they can prosecute in
:absentia (that is, handing trial & sentencing w/o the presence of the
:defendant)

And if Europe is *really* eager to have the United States as an active
enemy, this is a wonderful course to follow...

Yeah, really. Not to mention that going after a US President for
deposing Hussein is like punishing Obi Wan in Episode III for
assaulting Darth Vader.

Also, it runs counter to the course Europe has taken with stuff like
Sarkozy getting elected in France.
