The German Navy considers the stuff so unsafe that they keep the fuel
and oxidizer storage OUTSIDE the pressure hull, only allowing it in as
it is burned by the motors.
You might want to handle that stuff underway on a rolling deck, but I
don't. One spark at the wrong time and the class has a new nickname -
'Zippo'.
