:nearby basing options. If you look just a little further there are
:litterally dozens of ports that can host them. UNREP is also an option.

We don't have bases in any of those places. You want to UNREP fuel
cell fuel? Sorry, but that's just insane.

Fuel cell fuel is generally alcohol. So ethanol is hard to UNREP? You
don't mention the oxidiser, which is the hard part.
