Just wondering... if Germany had developed some kind of
frequency-hopping scheme, used by the Fritz-X and other 1st generation
precicision guided air-to-ground weapons, would it have made that much
of a difference?
In the grand scheme of things not much IMHO. Given the extent of
allied air superiority by late 1943 the carrying aircraft wouldnt
have great survival prospects and the mere presence of fighters
would make the job of guiding the bomb almost impossible
