Shark's Spirit

Last words:
A person has to respect the men and women of the Shark. A sole
person was able to hear. As the submarine was descending
uncontrolably, undersea sensors heard a turmoil.
Undeniably a hard topic to converse about for the lost men were all.
On the radio sounder a single man was to be heard clearly for the
trained ears of the chief. It is not for me to necessarily repeat his
words, but they were heard and all was his concern.
A final farwell of a kind only none except a doomed ship would endure.
At a later date the chief commenced his march. These men were not
forgotten ever. As the mystery of the man walks he was a spirit to
the land of the Georgia coastline. Last rites for the Shark.
Who is qualified to write those words. I can repeat the words given by
a chief.
"The sounding to the few of us was a clear message to the command, we
as a fine example were tested to the limit. A few could imagine the
horror of decsent. A descent so duty filled we appear so."
A spirit to make a coastline forever announce the toll. A bell was
rung in the appearance of his spirit. Which Bell?
