You seem somewhat confused. Note that we were talking about *female*
pilots.

We'll now leave you so you can worry about your inadvertent admission
about your attraction to the spouses of female pilots...

Around the pool in Yuma, the only way to spot a potential aviator
is by the short haircut. I have no idea whether any of the women
sitting with the men who had short haircuts were aviators themselves.

Perhaps I should have said "of all the aviators and spouses around the
pool in Yuma, there were more attractive spouses than aviators."

I wouldn't want to offend male aviators by implying that they're an
ugly bunch. They're not all Tom Cruise, though---for one thing, they're
taller! ;-)
