Exactly what it says. A training bomb. We'd find them occasionally
at work when the wind/construction would uncover them. As long as
they are painted blue, no problem. Anything other than that and we
leave them alone and call EOD. I have some pictures in a power-point
presentation I used to teach on UXO (un-exploded ordnance.) But can't
post them here. The image on this site (second one down) is similar
to some I've seen.
