Entering Advanced Coordinates

If you know the latitude and longitude for the placemark you are
editing, click the View tab and enter coordinates to reposition the
geographic point for the placemark. The placemark adjusts its position
to the new values.

I went to http://earth.google/com/ and I found no View tab, no tabs at
tll, and I couldn't figure out how to enter anything to see a satellite
photo.

What URL am I supposed to be entering?
