Wow, a real live citation and I am eligible for it. There are others I
wasn't eligible for because I wasn't a permanent member of the crew.
Then, again, I did get a citation on the Suitland Parkway for speeding
in 1978.


I'm sure that "Otis" can come up with a medal even for *me*. (if the price
is right, ya know? ... ;)
