Reports are circulating that Gordon Brown intends to remove DESO from the
Defence Ministry and integrate into DTI (whatever that's called this week).
Will the Secretary of State for Scotland, notice?
What will be the impact on orders and the prospects of work for Defence
Manufacturers?
Does anybody care?
I am curious, since the Commons defence committee here is reviewing
procurement and related processes. Expand abbreviations, please.
