I read that some time ago.

However my discovery is that only the flakes from pulping $1,000 US treasury
bills can provide the shielding necessary.

My customers must therefore submit at least three of these before their hat
can be made.

Along with the manufacturing and other costs of £1:50p ($3 US) plus postage
and packing...

All I need is an initial investment of about $40,000 to set up the complex
and esoteric $1,000 bill pulping plant.

You see, and this is the clever part, the pulping must be done in a
special and highly secret manner. Nobody must know how it is done...
