To Veterans who were denied employment because of the DD-214 codes
If you have been denied any civilian employment because of your
SPN/SPD or RE codes you need to immediately contact a civil rights
attorney to file an unlawful discrimination lawsuit against the
company or agency that denied you employment based on your military
DD-214 (SPN/SPD/RE) codes.
Military DD-214 codes apply ONLY to military service re-enlistment.
These codes DO NOT apply to any Dept of Defense related civilian,
civilian law enforcement or private sector employment. Use of military
DD-214 codes by anyone other than a U.S. military recruiter of DoD
statistician in determining your employability is strictly forbidden
