Naval movies that deserve remakes

Here's a short list of naval movies that deserve to be remade with today's SFX: any additions
or comments welcome.

1) Tora, Tora, Tora (Pearl Harbor could've been this if Jerry Bruckheimer and Michael Bay had
cut out the cheesy romance story and the Doolittle Raid, not to mention listening to one's
historical consultants and tech advisors....)

2) Sink the Bismarck (any suggestions as to who could do the old Johnny Horton song?)

3) Run Silent, Run Deep (hasn't been a good WW II sub movie since Das Boot)

4) Midway (no need for combat footage with SB2Cs, TBMs, and F6Fs when CGI can give
you Wildcats, Dauntlessess, and Devastators)
