The fact remains, the Clinton administration implemented the U.S. policy
for regime change in Iraq, Bush executed it.

Clinton's aim was to isolate Iraq, limit its influence and allow it

shrivel on the vine. Looking back at what we now know about the
effectiveness
of the Iraqi military, he apparently did a fair job. AFAIK, he never even
considered an invasion.

The Iraqi military was destroyed in GWI, not by Clinton. Second, we know
how well
Iraq was isolated....oil for food, other UN help.....fact remains Clinton
made it US policy
to get rid of Saddam. It was the right call, he should've done more.

I can't believe that you would attempt to blame the present
administrations
policies on any previous President.

And I can't believe you are so eager to blame the present administration for
correcting
the failed policies of the prior administration.....Containment, and
appeasement will not
work on militant Islam.

BTW, I'm not blaming anyone (well I blame Islamofacists) just reminding you
of who
started the regime change ball rolling....
