Andre, would please stop attacking the new members. As we all be
recently reminded, now of us will live forever, and we need new members
to keep the group alive. Remember that you were also a newbie at one
time, would you like to had your ideas just trashed with any
consideration.

If you must react, please use a positive tone, explain what is wrong
with the suggestion, and don't use catagorical rejections.
