:time at full power. Makes you wonder though that if this is not some
:disinformation how the AEGIS ships would have dealt with a massed Bear
:bomber high speed cruise missile attack against them/carrier(s)
:launching from a circular arc outside SAM range if not destroyed by
:fighters. I suspose they could rapidily shift which radar was radiating
:to take advantage of all radars or divide the threats into sections and
:task ships to cover northeast, northwest, southwest, southeast etc...
It's an electronically formed beam. Even if you only have one of them
you can move it around VERY fast.
The real problem with massed raids would have been when the missiles
went into terminal homing, since a separate illuminator is required
for that.
