Somehow, we manage to deploy all kinds of ships from San Diego to the
western Pacific and middle east on a regular basis. LCS will be no

And I think we have stuffed Norfolk, Portsmouth, etc with more than it
can handle, done away with Charleston and Jacksonville, unless you want
to homeport these ships in a blue state that's your spectrum of choices
in the Atlantic.
