That was one of our nations most important secrets. You
should expect a visit from the FBI soon ;-)
Funny though that is, there is some truth to similar limits.
You have never seen a crewman so uptight and edgy as one who has
just run out of cigarettes during a long patrol.
He just miss estimated his consumption, and is now going cold
turkey from the addiction. And his smoking buddies are scared
stiff that if they lend him any that they will run out to.
Conditions back in the old days were interesting.
