Service Medal; Defense Superior Service Medal; Distinguished Flying
Cross; Distinguished Service Cross; Distinguished Service Medal;
Legion of Merit; Medal of Honor; Meritorious Service Medal; Navy and
Marine Corps Medal; Navy Cross; Purple Heart; Silver Star; Soldier's
Medal
