laws and customs of war). All right, give 'em an Article 5 hearing, and if they are not
determined to be POWs, remand them for General Court-Martial.(or military tribunal if the
Supreme Court holds that tribunals are permissible). Seems what Vince and other "liberals"
want is to treat AQ members as POWs when they don't qualify. What I'd like to know is why.
