How many of the people serving on warships got to sue the owners if something went wrong (Non-combat accident).. Then consider what fun you can have with 300 7 year olds.. Especially if there is a fire aboard ship...
Oh, and also consider.. Just recently an ocean liner caught fire at sea from, maybe, a cigarette...
