being "adjudicated" to that status. The Conventions only require

Again, I suggest you look up what the definition of 'concentration camp' actually is. Under no stretch of the imagination can the facility at Guantanamo Bay be fit into that definition unless you so broaden the definition such that any facility used for detention of anyone fits.
