IJN don't mean that is an instrument of will of a sovereign; and as a
matter of fact, I don't know of a nation under a monarchy whose don't
consider their warships as his/her majesty's ships....

Will be really a curious thing a Navy of a monarchical country whose isn't
a Royal or so Navy...

For the F-35B let's see what the Japanese will do with their 13,500 tons
"destroyer"....
