Yhe new intelligence structure is identical to the old
intelligence structure, with the exception that
State Governments and Highway Construction Crews have smelled the
pork,
so it costs 100 times more. And it has exactly nothing to do with
stealth,
since it only concerns Boeing and Lockhead. And Boeing only concerns
Blue ties and cocktail party's with lame duck Senators
from West Virginia. And Lockheed only concerns even
lamer beer party's with even lamer duck Congressmen
from Disneyworld.
