Excuse me? Louisiana has sixty-five percent of its NG personnel available
(i.e., not deployed elsewhere), so the claim that the band is all that is
available is ludicrous. As to that band--you did not know it was common for
unit bands to have secondary missions? Our division band doubled as a TOC
security force. They are trained to use an M-16A1, you know.
