Come on, I asked a simple question!
So please give a proper answer!
Two fallacious assumptions here.
You assume every simple question has simple answers.
You assume we are here to do your homework for you.
The answer you're probably looking for is "vernier acuity."
But I don't know anyone who uses vernier acuity in the refracting lane or in
school screenings.
"Best" might mean "easiest to understand."
"Best" might mean "most universally available."
"Best" might mean "hardest to fool."
"Best" might mean "most sensitive."
"Best" might mean "static" or "dynamic".
"Best" might mean "central" or "parafoveal" or "peripheral"
All those criteria demand different answers.
When ordering up a glass of knowledge, please specify your flavor.
Do you prefer yours with the floating turds, or without?
