Re: Neil David Brooks recommends using the plus.

Hello everyone,

I have looked directly at the sun non-stop for approximately THIRTY
MINUTES one morning (the time was around 8 AM), with no adverse
effects afterwards. I had very slight scotoma, but it disappeared
completely, in a very short time (I think it was within minutes).
Also, today I tried the sun treatment technique with the burning glass
for the first time! Unfortunately the sun wasn't out for very long,
but it felt very good and I plan to do it as much as possible.

I have learned that there is no evidence suggesting permanent eye
damage resulting from looking at the sun. In fact, the only anecdotal
evidence I've found (as well as personal experience) only suggests
benefit. I'd like to see the proof that the sun can hurt the eye.

Jason
